Vision
This phase involves establishing a biblical foundation for your church's men’s discipleship ministry, as sessing your present efforts, and seeking the Lord's direction in crafting a mission statement that communicates a clear pathway for your men. The coach will guide you in identifying your church’s core values, and in discovering and articulating a unique men’s discipleship vision to align with God's heart for men and compel your church to action. Finally, you will assess together your readiness to implement this men’s discipleship vision.
Design
Based on your discoveries, your group will begin to develop a strategic CCS plan in order to realize your unique vision. This plan will include broad sets of opportunities, making it possible for every man in your congregation to be involved. In addition, we will help you build strong programs using resources that have been hand-picked because they support your plan. In addition, we will connect you with existing men’s ministry organizations that will provide expertise and resources which your church will need in order mobilize your plan into the future.
Deploy
Finally, your vision is set in motion, resources are selected, partnerships are established, and the whole church is mobilized. Men’s discipleship becomes integrated into every aspect of body life...so that No Man is Left Behind.
Your Four:Nineteen Coach will come alongside you for the duration (typically 7 to 12 months). He will work with your church leadership, acting as a guide through Man in the Mirror’s NMLB Model and implementation of your own Create, Capture, Sustain (CCS) Strategy.
Your dedicated coach will assist you in developing and executing your men’s discipleship vision. And like a good coach, he will not only mentor and train your church, but will be available and accessible to walk with you throughout the entire process...encouraging, supporting, and advising. We consider it a privilege to join your church in reaching every man.
The first step is to contact us and see if coaching is for you. We’ll overview the ministry at Four-Nineteen, give examples from other churches, and answer your questions.
The next step will be for a Four-Nineteen coach to come to your church to hold an introductory workshop. Together, we will determine future steps.
